Lots of Firsts

Hey everyone. It has been like four months since I have been on here. I guess Facebook seems to be the easier way to go with photos. Well the past four months has been wonderful. Abram has reached some awesome milestones. He is now sitting on his own pretty darn well. Of course we are always in arms reach of him when he decides he is all done sitting and wants to timber on over! 
Last week we had our first trip to the zoo which was a lot of fun. We got passes so that we can go as much as we want... Which we have been :) Abram seems to really like the tall TALL giraffes. For Christmas he had gotten a Noah's Ark set and apparently the giraffes long neck and ears are cozy on his soar gums. 

We spent Christmas in New Mexico with Aaron's family. It was a long drive but Abram seemed to manage just fine. Christmas was just a few weeks ago and it seems as though he has grown tremendously since. Even the photos show a major growth. He is now 14.6 pounds as of the first of the month. Our next big trip is planned for April. Heading to Oklahoma to visit my family (FINALLY). I am so excited for them to meet Abram. I just know he is going to love them! And being 8 months old he's going to be a lot of fun ;))

Monday hype.

You know that feeling you get when the work week starts? Monday you feel nice and ready to start the day. You get going with a nice cup of coffee and poof your house is clean or in other's cases your work is done.... In my case, poof my house is clean. . . 
Tuesday is about the same thing just with a little less speed. 
Wednesday you are now getting out of bed a little slower. The house is starting to take a little longer to clean. 
Thursday you are really crawling out of bed and the house doesnt get cleaned until right before your husband gets home. 
Friday??? Uh..... dont even ask. . . 
Yay its the weekend when you can hand over your work to your husband. Haha totally kidding. The work is never ending. All praise goes to God because without His strength I would have quit already lol.
